Menu Plan Monday

Right, so this is my first foray into the frightening underworld of Menu Plans. I’ve been so impressed by Jenny’s consistency in MPM, and since I secretly want to be like her, I’m going to give it a whirl. Banner downloaded from I’m An Organizing Junkie? Check. Hunger pangs? Check. Crock pot working? Check. Seems I’m good to go.

Monday: (crikey, that’s today!): Falafel with the works: homemade pita, tzatziki, rice and a boggling assortment of vegetables

Tuesday: Moroccan Beef Stew with Golden Couscous

Wednesday: Curried Chicken and Daal

Thursday: Beef Burritos

Friday: Auf Wiedersehen! Ve are goink to a vedding in anuzzer taun.

Saturday: Wedding reception fare

Sunday: Very likely, McDonald’s on the drive home (great Playland between there and here), followed by some Bifidus tablets

I’ve never had falafel, but your recipe looks really good, and I think I’m going to have to try that! It looks yummy! Thanks for sharing!

You are too considerate! lol! How is Liv? S. has a fever and sore throat, and I’m wondering if she’s getting chickenpox too. We’ll know within a couple days, I guess…

Liv is doing better! Most of her chicken pox have turned to scabs to I guess this means they aren’t so itchy anymore and she is on the road to recovery! She actually played today which is a first since she got them!

Tristan has come down with a fever and the chills today too so I am wondering the same thing. He has been vaccinated but they can still get it. So I guess we will find out in a couple days! Keep me posted!!!
